受惠同學的實踐

The one-month Peking University Globex Program was indeed a rewarding and unforgettable experience. I chose the course “Cross-Cultural Design for an Eco-Responsible Business Model”, which included a visit to the L’Oréal manufacturing plant in Hubei, because it was highly challenging as it values cross-cultural co-operation and mutual understanding among team members.

We had to work as a team to map the energy consumption of the lines and propose solutions for the company. Not only did I acquire academic knowledge about energy consumption reduction, the experience has also strengthened my communication skills and my ability to work as a team player to create value for the team.
